Kimberly Dattilo

Originally from Louisville, Kimberly Dattilo has an expansive knowledge about her home state of Kentucky. She has spent most of her life in Louisville and attended Sacred Heart and Ballard High School.

She started her professional career in real estate at age 18 working in residential real estate well into college where she majored in pre med and business. After receiving her MBA from Bellarmine College. Quickly demonstrating strong skills in sales and business development, she quickly built several businesses.

Throughout the years she continued to work in the real estate industry where her keen drive and tenacity has always produced proven results. In July of 2021 she joined Bill Menish Real estate/SVN where she continues to deliver excellence not only with expedient results but always strives for customer satisfaction  

Kimberly brings a knowledge base of the local and regional contacts and market experience. She has been an agent for 36 years and hopes to leverage her experience and expertise in the industry at SVN to serve investors and business owners enabling her to help companies grow and develop their real estate and investment holdings  

In addition to her professional career, Kimberly serves on the Louisville Metro Police Foundation board, the University of Louisville President's advisory council and volunteers for the JCTC Jefferson jubilee.
