Callum Parkes

Callum Parkes specialty is restaurants, but he has been expanding his expertise since joining SVN Menish Commercial Real Estate in June, 2022. Callum now offers full array of services including, listing, leasing, buyer rep, tenant rep and auction services.

Following an early career in restaurant management, Callum received his Kentucky Real Estate License in September of 2022 and hit the ground running, quickly closing an industrial sale and listing a Million Dollar Office Building and helping to auction two office lots.

Callum is interested in office, retail, and multifamily properties around the city and has already begun developing relationships with key players in each sector of the commercial real estate industry. His strengths include effective communication, perseverance, and enhanced people skills.

Callum is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a degree in Sustainability. Callum is also preparing to attain his CCIM designation, the highest designation available to a Commercial Real Estate Advisor.
